Bob Richmond, Director
Bob Richmond oversees the day-to-day running of The Motor House Arts. He is a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Art, Craft, and Design in Education, a Companion of John Ruskin’s Guild of St George, and FRSA.
Originally trained as a cabinet maker at The London College of Furniture, he has produced workshops and events across a wide variety of disciplines and materials, and worked with many leading artists and makers.

Calum Lindsay, Associate
Calum is a freelance filmmaker and creative producer. Previously, he was head of projects at Dezeen, the architecture and design magazine, where he headed up the video team.
He is involved in content strategy and creation at The Motor House Arts.

Clarissa Berning, Director
Clarissa Berning trained as a designer with glass, studying in Rome and completing her Masters in Helsinki. She has produced numerous commissions and her glass is currently in production.
More recently Clarissa has broadened her fields of work into local politics and community-building programmes.

Daisy Lumley, Director
Daisy works as a Senior Product Designer and Design Manager, designing helpful and meaningful products for purpose-led people and organisations. She loves bringing people along on the design journey, working within complex, global organisations — turning ambiguity into clarity, and ideas into outcomes that matter.
At The Motor House Arts she oversees strategic direction, digital product and social media management, and workshop delivery.

Elsa Richmond-Seaton, Associate
Elsa is a Social Researcher at the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, with a multidisciplinary background in Material and Visual Culture, psychology and the arts (fashion, curation and film).
Her motivations lie at the intersection of creative practice, research and policy. At The Motor House Arts, Elsa oversees project design and delivery as well as analysis and research.

Eleanor Grierson, Associate
Eleanor Grierson ARB is an architect based in London interested in making carefully crafted contributions to our urban, natural and cultural landscape.
In addition to running her own practice - e.g. architects - she practices as exhibition designer, land artist and set designer. With work across scale and discipline, in the space between constraint and freedom.

Fiona Seymour, Director
Fiona worked as a strategic communications specialist across all sectors of the economy: private, public and third, before finally going to university, doing an undergraduate degree in History of Art at UCL and an MA in Cultural, Visual and Intellectual History at the Warburg institute.

Jemima Senior, Associate
Jemima is a Community Manager and creative facilitator with experience co-producing learning and engagement projects across leading UK cultural organisations.
She leads community programmes at The Old Vic Theatre and has previously worked at the Royal Academy of Arts, Whitechapel Gallery and MK Gallery. She brings partnership-building, inclusive practice and thoughtful evaluation to the design and development of The Motor House Arts workshop programme.
